Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy – Avataram

At Avataram, we take pride in delivering authentic, handcrafted products made with love and care. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We do not accept any returns once an order has been delivered. Due to the perishable nature of our products and hygiene concerns, all sales are final.

Refunds

Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

  • Product Unavailability: If a product is out of stock after your payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund for that item.

  • Product Damage on Delivery: If your order arrives damaged, please share a clear picture of the damaged item with us. Once verified, we will process your refund accordingly.

  • Lost in Transit: If your order is lost during shipping and is not delivered, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

  • By Avataram: We reserve the right to cancel any order, in full or in part, for any reason. In such cases, you will be notified, and a refund will be initiated for the cancelled portion of the order.

  • Additional Information: We may request additional details to process certain orders. If the required information is not provided, the order may be cancelled, and you will be refunded accordingly.
